What the Government says
It will be the duty of the people responsible for a building to put in place and maintain a golden thread of information. Having a golden thread will mean that those people responsible will have easily accessible, reliable, up to date and accurate information. Without this information, it is very difficult to manage buildings safely.
Implementation of the golden thread will require individuals and organisations responsible for a building to have good information management systems and a clear understanding of how information management supports building safety. Going forward the information management for safety will need to be embedded across the sector.

Our ISO encrypted data security solution is designed to safeguard your sensitive information, providing assurance nothing will be corrupted or lost, with login tracking and date stamping for all downloads. Our cloud services have certified data resilience and we only use EU/UK based data hosts
Onboarding users
Although our platform will have a user friendly interface, we offer an onboarding service as part of your subscription plan. We want to ensure your team are fully conversant and comfortable with how to use our interactive dashboard. Need ongoing support, not a problem, we offer a helpline service should you need it
Data optimisation
We optimise the accurate logging of your assets with our document identification processes. Uploads are meta tag checked prior to filing. We ensure that your data is structured, and stored efficiently for your maximum ease of use and benefit. Filter and sort what you require, when you require it. Search and view by thumbnail or filter by category. It's up to you.
Simplified and focussed
Need all your current EWS1 forms for all HRB properties for audit purposes. Just request and filter so your properties that have a current EWS1 in place will be displayed. Avoid expired forms as due dates will be flagged prior to the expiry date. Print a live report if you need one.

Existing records
Ensure you have a robust and complete set of digitised O&M and H&S documentation for each property. Our pre-upload decision tree will guide you through identifying all the documents you should be uploading. The NBR is the only property data repository that will adopt and digitise your existing records that did not utilise an O&M digital service provider. We understand existing records need a new digital home too.

You can use a mobile too
Use your mobile or tablet when undertaking maintenance to search wiring diagrams, drawings, COSHH info, testing regimes and service records. These can all be updated with the latest inspections as new versions, and will sit alongside existing records, creating a clear audit trail. Restricted access rights can be granted just for the task and only to relevant folders. All your data is active and accessible when you need it, we don't freeze or archive any of it.
