Ben Lawrenson has over ten years experience in executive recruitment consultancy. He specialises in placing senior level candidates, working with companies to grow their businesses by investing in the right people. Ben has experience in management training, marketplace analysis, and business management. Before founding NBR, Ben was an Associate Partner in the world's largest executive search organisation where he received divisional and global awards for his contributions to the business.

Neil Clarkson has worked in executive recruitment consultancy for over ten years. He has experience in organisational development, management training and business strategy. Neil specialises in helping businesses gain competitive advantage through executive placement and project searches. Prior to founding NBR, Neil worked as an Associate Partner for the world's largest executive search organisation, winning global recognition for his achievements.
